Día del padre

Ayer (hoy para mi) fue el día del padre ... muchas felicidades a todos los que son papás, el cual tiene esa rara mezcla de ser uno de los retos más grandes de nuestras vidas, pero al mismo tiempo, de lo mas satisfactorio y de trascendencia que podamos tener en nuestras vidas.

Les comparto esta joya de mensaje con el que me encontré, y que me gustó mucho por la simplicidad del mensaje:

Do not ask your children to strive for extraordinary lives.
Such striving may be admirable, but it is the way of foolishness.
Help them instead to find the wonder and the marvel or an ordinary life.
Show them the joy of tasting tomatoes, apples and pears.
Show them how to cry when pets and people die.
Show them the infinite pleasure in the touch of a hand.
And make the ordinary come alive for them.
The extraordinary will take care of itself.
