Recordar que todo lo bueno cuesta, sino todos lo tendrían ... 
Si quieres retener y aprender de forma más efectiva, solo escuchando es la forma menos efectiva, viendo se queda un poco más ... pero nada le gana al practicar y hacer las cosas. Este gráfico me recuerda a la técnica del famoso Richard Feynman: learn --> teach --> fill the gaps --> simplify
Esta gran frase aplica a todo lo que hacemos que no nos agrega valor o nos hace perder tiempo ... por cada mal libro, mala película, tiempo en el tráfico, en una fila, en una junta aburrida ... es tiempo que pudimos haber estado con amigos, familia, viendo una gran película, libro, etc ... por eso la importancia de ser exigente con nuestro tiempo y siempre estar optimizando
El fact del día ... la proporción algo mal representada, pero se entiende. En MX el promedio es 5.65 (1.69 m). El holandés siendo el más alto del mundo mide en promedio 1.84 
Este video demuestra algo que yo al menos no conocía, nuestros 👀 son parte de nuestro cerebro 🤯 ... 

"I'm proud of you, son"

Un texto para ponerte 🥺 ... pero para no olvidar el poder que tienen estas palabras en nuestros hijos

I'm proud of you, son. That's it. It's that simple.

As dads, one of the most important things we can do for our kids is instill an unshakeable self-belief.

If our kids know we believe in them, if they TRULY know it DEEP DOWN.

They're automatically ahead of all their peers.

It's one of their main sources of confidence as they come of age.

But most dads struggle with this kind of communication.

We think "oh, I'm going to show, not tell... actions speak louder than words."

But if you think that way, you're leaving a lot up to interpretation.

And interpretation leaves room for misunderstanding.

You CANNOT allow your kids to misunderstand you on this issue.

So here's my challenge for you:

If you haven't told your kids you're proud of them in a while, drop whatever you're doing and go tell them.

Right now.

Tell them why you're proud. And tell them that, no matter what, you believe in them.
